I went to the gym. Did Cardio for 45 min and some sit ups. I did weight training yesterday so I didn't do that today.

well today for breakfast 2 slice of toast and a large glass of orange juice
lunch icecream
dinner grilled talpia fish, green beans, a roll, water 2 cookies and tea
i walked 30 mins. and did 20 sit ups

Well this morning I had a bowl of Life Cereal. I also took one of those Vitamin D things, and some water. For lunch I had one of those mini supreme pizzas (not a good choice, I know) with a pink lemonade as my drink. I haven't eaten dinner yet, but I might eat a chargrilled sandwich from chick-fil-a, or maybe some spicy chicken sushi WITH water, hahaha. Oh and I'm about to take a Vitamin C chewable tablet thing.

Every day I walk from and to my dorm and classes, which equivalates to about 20-30 minutes of walking with a backpack and HUGE purse (hahaha).

snack::low-fat yogurt

Exercise::
morning 30 Minutes Pilates & 40 minutes Treadmill walk
evening 30 minutes Tae Bo & 20 minutes Treadmill Jog

dinner hambuger helper, baked catfish water
oh last night at 3 am i sleep walked in the kichen and eat some icecream


i walked for 30 mins and did 20 situps

Alright, I ate a granola bar, had a bottled water, a pinapple cup, some Easy Mac, a bowl of cereal, some chicken strips and fries from chick-fil-a and a cupcake (woops!) I just got my monthly gift... ughhh. I did walk for like 45 minutes today!

Roast, spinach, okra
Tuna from the can w/ fat free crackers
Late at night - 5 cookies, a small bag of Fritos

Slim Fast shake

I finished the day off with a mcchicken sandwich from mcd's and a small fry with a bottle of water...l8r dat evening I had string beans and potatos with a small brownie and some water.
