Holistic Wellness Weight Loss Community: Love Support and Motivation to Succeed

I drink anything caffeinated, sometimes up to 7 cups of coffee a day(11hrs with 10 dogs 6/days a week)or 5 diet sodas. I only use skim milk&splenda in my coffee, and diet soda has 0 calories etc., but I recently heard that seeteners(like in the soda) get broken down and stored as fat? I might just throw a tantrum if this is true.
Also, should I look into vitamins?

Absolutley - artificial sweeteners are known to make people GAIN WEIGHT! Caffeinated drinks dehydrate the body and make it harder for you to burn fat. You want to switch the soda and coffee - for tea sweetened with honey instead. You'll also want to take a good multivitamin every day - to make up for what you're not getting through your food. Good luck...

I would echo the comment. Be sure to get other liquids in your body or you will certainly dehydrate. If you keep this up, you will want to make sure you have plenty of money in your Health Savings Account. You will need it.
