Attention HWLC member- Ladypeaches, there will be a few things that you are expected to do. It's easy as 1 2 3. We are very serious about losing weight successfully.

#1) Posting your DaiLy food and exercise choices on the Club Member Journal Posting Page.This will hold you accountable and help you make healthier choices ( no cheating).

#2) Make at least 3 new friends each week. You can befriend club members by clicking on the Members Page and clicking on someone's photo. Leave a kind message of motivation or simply introduce yourself and share your progress!

#3) Join some of our weekly Teleconference Weight Loss Support Group Meetings. On Friday nights 8pm est we will all pick a topic and discuss our personal experience. Talk with people all over the country!
