Tell us about yourself.
I'm a single Mom in the gorgeous Pacific NW. I've struggled with my own weight and self esteem for many years but this year I've found something that works for me and helps me teach my daughter how to exercise and choose healthy foods. That doesn't mean she never gets a Happy Meal :) but you can bet the rest of her week is quite different!

I'm an coach in a fabulous online community and I am a consultant with Avon and Spa Girl parties. After that workout, we deserve to pamper ourselves don't we! Nod your head! :)

"Lack and limitation can only exist when we make room for them in our mind."
When we are inspired do we have limiting, self-deprecating thoughts? No, we don't. It is only when we are idle and our minds are inactive that we dwell on lack and limitation. The key then is to keep busy and stay inspired.

I acknowledge that we cannot do this one hundred percent of the time but we can turn our mind to something that will inspire us when we begin to have these thoughts.

What inspires you? Next time negativity enters your mind get busy. We can only be negative when there is nothing positive to occupy our thoughts. Until next time...

Impatience can easily lead to unhappiness because the focus is on what we do not have. Instead, let’s appreciate what we do have, continue to work for what we want, and believe that we will eventually get what we desire or possibly something even better. That’s practicing patience.

Attention HWLC members, there will be a few things that you are expected to do. It's easy as 1 2 3.

#1) Posting your DaiLy food and exercise choices on the Club Member Journal Posting Page.This will hold you accountable and help you make healthier choices ( no cheating).

#2) Make at least 3 new friends each week. You can befriend club members by clicking on the Members Page and clicking on someone's photo. Leave a kind message of motivation or simply introduce yourself and share your progress!

#3) Join some of our weekly Teleconference Weight Loss Support Group Meetings. On Friday nights 8pm est we will all pick a topic and discuss our personal experience. Talk with people all over the country!

We're going to lose this weight off for sure!
